What is an affiliate program?

An affiliate program allows you to earn a commission by referring potential  customers to our web site. We offer a commission rate of US $30 for every Professional Edition  product that you contribute to selling and US $15 for every Standard Edition.

If you have an existing web site or a permissioned email list you can be up and running in a matter of minutes. If you don't have a web site, but believe that you have clients that may be interested in our software there are a number of other possibilities. Please click here for further information.

How does it work?

Firstly, you will need to sign up for an affiliate account with SellShareware. Once you have done this you will be given a web site address that you must use when you refer your customers to our web site. When the customer follows this link an Internet cookie is created on their computer. This cookie contains information that identifies you as the affiliate. If the customer then decides to purchase the software, their cookie is examined and you are credited with the sale. SellShareware will then pay you by cheque or wire transfer 30 days after the end of the month. For more information please visit the SellShareware web site.

If you would like to test how the process works you can do the following:

1. Sign up for an affiliate account with SellShareware by following the steps in How do I join.
2. Follow the link that SellShareware provide you with (for referring customers to our web site). By following this link you will have created a cookie on your computer.
3. Follow this link to the Bull's-Eye Broker order form. In part 1, the "Product Information" section, you should see an "Affiliate ID". This ID should be the number you were given when you created an affiliate account in step 1. If this number is not correct then there is a good chance that you were referred to our web site by another affiliate. In this case, their affiliate number will be displayed.

How do I join?

Joining our affiliate program is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Follow this link to sign up for an affiliate account with SellShareware.
2. After your account has been created, log into the SellShareware site.
3. Click on the link to browse programs in the library.
4. Locate and click on "Bull's-Eye Broker Professional".
5. Copy the "Link to URL" and place it on your web site, email or advertisement. You may also use any other information listed on this page to help you promote Bull's-Eye Broker.

Please note that even though you have select "Bull's-Eye Broker Professional" , Standard edition sales will also be credited to your account. There is no need to provide 2 links on your web site, email or advertisement.

Are there any conditions that I should be aware of?

Yes, there are. These items are covered in the agreement that you will have with SellShareware. Please be aware of the following:

• We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for any reason. This is to protect us from troublesome affiliates.
• Spamming is not allowed.. If you are caught sending unsolicited email we will terminate your account.
• We do not accept any responsibility for the workings of SellShareware. We have thoroughly tested their web site and are confident that they have the technology to provide this service, however we cannot guarantee it.
• No commission will be paid if a sale is refunded. We do not allow refunds, but in the extreme circumstances that we must refund a purchase, no affiliate commission will be payable.
• We reserve the right to re-price or discount our software.
• Where two or more affiliates refer the same person, the first affiliate to refer the customer will be credited with the sale.

I would like to become an affiliate, but I don't have a web site. What can I do?

Basically, all your clients need to do is follow a "special" link to our web site that you provide them with. This link will identify you as the affiliate and credit you with the sale if your client decides to purchase the software. How you provide this "special" link to your clients is entirely up to you. For example, if you were running a point & figure charting seminar you could provide this link to your customers on a handout.

Do you have any other affiliate programs?

Yes. There are a number of other possible ways in which you can earn income from Bull's-Eye Broker by providing a value added service. Some examples include:

• Providing a regional "Bull's-Eye Broker" data service.
• Providing language specific sales and support information to customers.
• Running point & figure charting seminars.
• Suggesting and marketing custom or regional specific enhancements to our software.
• Integrating your software product with Bull's-Eye Broker.
